Find Your Best Fit
A good fit starts with accurate measurements. Use a soft measuring tape and keep it level around your body without pulling it too tight.
How to measure
- Bust: measure around the fullest part of your bust while keeping the tape level across your back.
- Underbust: measure directly underneath your bust where a bra band would naturally sit.
- Waist: measure around your natural waist, usually the narrowest part of your torso.
- Hips: stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
- Torso: for bodysuits and one-piece swimwear, measure from one shoulder down through the legs and back up to the starting shoulder.
Fit tips
If you are between sizes, check the product description for stretch, compression level, and fit notes. For firm-compression shapewear, your preferred level of compression can affect which size feels best.
For bras, band and cup fit can vary by construction. For swimwear and bodysuits, torso length can be just as important as bust, waist, and hip measurements.
Product-specific sizing
Because ShapeNovo products may come from different collections and constructions, a single universal chart should not be assumed. We will add verified product-specific size charts as measurements are confirmed. Until then, the product page should be the primary sizing reference.
